Located in the beautiful Niagara Peninsula our farm has been owned and operated by the Moyer Family since 1799 - that’s 222 years! Thank you for your interest in our 'pick your own' operation and welcome to our website. Here you will find all the necessary information to plan your next visit to our farm. This includes directions to the farm, a picking schedule, which includes variety and approximate ripening time, pricing and FAQ's. The quality and quantity of our fruit is largely effected by weather conditions, so please check back often to ensure you have the most up-to-date information. Frequently Asked Questions
How do you charge for the fruit?
For 2020, due to COVID, to limit transactions, each person entering the orchard must prepay a basket; once a person is finished filling their basket, they are encouraged to leave the orchard.
Do I have to bring my own boxes?
For 2020, only our prepaid baskets will be allowed in the orchard.
Do I have to pay for the baskets?
For 2020, all guests must prepay for a basket. In a 'normal' year, we weight fruit by the pound and there is no charge to the basket.
Are children and pets allowed in the orchards?
Yes, all children and pets are allowed to enter the orchards. We recommend that you keep a close eye on young children, and pets must remain on a leash at all times. Please pick up after your pet.
Is there an admission fee? Parking fee?
There is no parking fee.
For 2020, there is no admission fee, but every person entering the orchard must prepay a basket.
Are the fruits safe to eat right after I pick them?
Due to the regulations around COVID, sampling in the orchard is not permitted. It is difficult to enforce this, but for your own health and safety, why would you eat something that someone else may have touched with unclean hands?
Are there picnic facilities on the farm?
For 2020, due the strict sanitation recommendations, we will not be providing picnic tables for our guests. There is plenty of shaded area around the house for family picnics on blankets. Please take your garbage with you this year.
Are there proper washroom facilities?
Yes, we do have proper washroom facilities available to the public, as well as port-o-lets in the orchards for convenience.

We wish to extend an invitation to you and your family to come and visit our farm. An hour’s drive from Toronto will take you to the heart of Niagara and to our farm where you can pick fruit all summer long.
The buildings, grounds and orchards are beautifully maintained for your enjoyment. A tractor-train will take you to and from the orchards. All of our trees are kept low so that most of the fruit can be picked either by hand or with a short ladder – even children can reach the branches. The orchards themselves are planted with grass and are maintained very much like your own front lawn. Containers, ample parking and proper washroom facilities are provided.
